Manufacturing Process
We manage every step from raw material to packing. Forging, machining and inspection are coordinated in-house; approved partners handle the remaining specialist processes.
Hot forging, step by step
Orange cards are the heating steps at the heart of hot forging.
Cutting
Diameter and cut-length control; burr and deformation check.
Pointing
Chamfering of the tip for easier downstream machining.
Hot Forging
Heated material formed into the head shape by dies. Self-inspection records kept.
Trimming
Removal of flash from the forged head.
Shot Blast
Removal of scale and impurities from the surface.
Extruding
Reducing the shank diameter for thread rolling.
Thread Rolling
Threads formed by rolling; OD and pitch controlled.
Heat Treatment
Securing mechanical properties (strength and toughness).
Surface Treatment
Zinc plating, phosphate or Dacro coating per customer spec.
Final Inspection
Appearance, dimensions, composition and mechanical tests with certificates.
Packing
Packing condition, quantity and LOT number verified before shipment.
